The role of a UX writer is complex than it seems. It is basically to plan and write the copy for apps, websites and other digital products. This is because the users need to move and navigate around the websites. This includes finding the right words that will be used for dialog boxes, drop down menus, error messages, landing page texts and a lot more.

An effective UX writer dint just use random words, he or she puts into consideration a lot of things. These include, the brand identity, simplicity of text, and the target audience amongst others. It is a subset of UX developers. Just as the UX designers are interested in the graphics, we are interested in guiding the users through simplicity of language to navigate the site, web or app.

UX writing is not article writing, it has to be simple, direct and precise, while being entertaining and appealing to the user. A UX writer is as important as the designer. It is a fu
